Our Shipping rates are charged per order:

New Zealand Rates

Auckland: $5 Delivery in 1-2 Business days

Rest of North Island: $8 Delivery in 2-3 Business days

South Island $10 Delivery in 2-4 Business days

Orders over $150 FREE!

We exclusively use NZ post couriers for delivery within NZ

 

Australian Rates

 

Australia Wide $12 10-20 Business days

Orders over $150 FREE!

For orders outside of New Zealand the customer is responsible for any customs or incidental charges their country may have

Damages or Loss in Transit

Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the relevant carrier immediately:
We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit by the carrier, but we will intercede on the buyer's behalf in negotiating compensation. Please notify us immediately of any claim.
